Peshawar city continues to suffer from the wounds of terrorism as another terrifying blast has just hit Peshawar’s busy market People Mandy near the historical Chowk Yadgar. Terrifying Blast in Peshawar’s Busy Market, 91 killed

The blast killed at least 91 people and left dozens wounded while the exact details on the nature of the blast are yet to come. Police sources think that the blast was caused by a car bomb, just like that in Hayatabad a few days back.

The blast was reportedly a huge one and it was heard at large distances within the city. Buildings caught fire and the place was covered in a blanket of smoke emitted from the burnt and burning matter at the site. TV channels showed footage of shops burning in the market immediately after the blast.

The wounded were rushed to the Lady Reading Hospital, some reported to be in critical condition. People from other cities and countries immediately started calling their near and dear ones in Peshawar to make sure they were safe.

Can we please stop it with all this bombing *****? Really, you're really not helping your cause. It's actually kind of counter conducive to whatever end you're trying to achieve...

Sorry if this too vague. It seems to me that 8 years of foreign military attacks and occupations are making al-Qaeda more active in the Mideast and spreading more violence into Pakistan. Might I be seeing it wrong?

The issue primarily is that our other great ally Saudi Arabia has been sending billions of dollars in Pakistan to fund all these Madrasa's and training camps.
Until that money is cut off and alternatives are available not much progress will be made regardless of what military measures are taken in Pakistan

For one thing, we may call it a misogynistblast since the blast took place in Meena Bazar, where women’s stuff sells mostly and the killed and wounded are said to inlcude more women.
