Sami is a journalist for Al-Jazeera and he told media that he was arrested in Pakistan in December 2001, near Iran’s border despite showing valid travel documents. This arrest led to his six years in Guantanamo Bay prison on the false allegations of links with Al-Qaeda. And for this, Sami holds Musharraf responsible. Sami was also tortured in the prison and now he wants to see Musharraf in jail.

According to newspaper sources, Sami will be filing a criminal case against Pervez Musharraf in London. He also blamed Musharraf for selling his nation’s people to the US in order to earn money.
